It is very lightweight thanks to its carbon fiber frame. It is powered by an eye-popping, 6.5 liter V engine that can deliver 552 kW (740 horsepower). The lightweight carbon fiber monocoque coupled with the powerful engine deliver a power-to-weight ratio of 4.39 pounds/horsepower.
You could easily mistake the Lamborghini Veneno for Batman’s Batmobile. To say that it has an extreme exterior design would be an understatement.
Its front, for instance, has huge aerodynamic wings with huge channels. This design lets the air to arrive in the front hood.
It also features Y-shaped angular headlamps that stretch into the scissor doors and fenders. It can be argued that this design is a first on any Lamborghini model.
The rear lights also take a Y-shaped design, with its engine cover having six-wedge openings.
The Veneno has large wheel arches on its front and rear. It also has a diffuser placed discreetly behind four huge exhaust pipes. There are also large openings for improved ventilation to the engine. An adjustable rear wing, meanwhile, is based on the company’s motorsport experience. This along with the underbody aerodynamics delivers the aerodynamic flow and downforce to the pushrod suspension to keep the car handling on the road.
