The Koenigsegg CCX Top Speed
In terms of performance, the CCX is very fun to drive. It is also very fast.
It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers an hour at 3.2 seconds. After six seconds, it would be at 200 kilometers an hour. It once held the record for the quickest lap time in the TV show Top Gear, with a time of 1:17.6 seconds.
Comparing it to its predecessor, the CCX is about a split second quicker. It is also around three mph faster when we talk about top speed.
It is also surprisingly very efficient in fuel consumption for a sports car. It is rated 14 mpg combined and 18 mpg for highway driving.
The CCX has high-performance braking systems, which you would want from a powerful sports car. It has standard forged alloy wheels that were wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sports tires.
The company also offered carbon fiber wheels as well as eight-piston caliper carbon ceramic brakes for the front, and six-piston caliper brakes at the rear wheels. Those carbon fiber wheels are nearly 7 pounds lighter than standard wheels. The optional braking system, meanwhile, saves the car around 5 pounds of unsprung weight.
